RIB Whale Watching
This 2 hour RIB Whale Watching tour combines the thrill and adrenaline rush of a speed boat with the excitement of searching for whales in the beautiful Faxaflói Bay. This 12-meter RIB boat is designed with comfort, safety, and fun in mind, featuring special shock-absorption seats. It allows you to get extra close to the whales and dolphins in a way that is safe for both the animals and our passengers. The most common cetacean species we encounter are humpback whales, minke whales, white-beaked dolphins and harbour porpoises. During the summer months we will also make a stop by the puffin islands to see these famous birds during their nesting season. On our way back to land we take a scenic route along the Reykjavík coastline allowing for plenty of fantastic photo opportunities.

What do I need to bring
Please dress warmly & wear sturdy shoes. It's also never a bad idea to bring sunscreen and a camera!
Attention
Please arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes before your departure time. This ensures you have plenty of time to go over safety information and suit fitting. Any passenger arriving later than 15 minutes before departure cannot be guaranteed to join the tour, and we reserve the right to forfeit refunds in this case. If there are no sightings on your RIB tour you are invited to join again for free on the next available date.
